Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery Options:
We offer multiple delivery options to cater to your specific needs. The available options and their associated costs will be displayed at the checkout stage. Please select the desired delivery option that suits you best.

2. Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time depends on the selected delivery option and your location. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier delays.

4. Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be held liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts:
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will usually leave a delivery notification card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting the package. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier to ensure successful delivery.

7. All orders over £50 nett of VAT are free from delivery charges for UK mainland customers. In some rare circumstances, there may be an increased delay, but we endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. If you have a query regarding stock, please call before placing your order.

For any orders that are not UK Mainland, namely Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, an increased carriage charge is applied, and orders will be subject to carriage charge regardless of order value. No free carriage option is available for non-UK mainland areas.

The following postcode prefixes are subject to a £15 +VAT carriage charge:

KW1 to KW14, AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49, PH50, BT1 to BT94.

The following postcode prefixes are subject to a £20 +VAT carriage charge:

HS1 to HS9, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to, KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42, PH44, IM1 to IM9, GY1 to GY10, ZE1 to ZE3, PO30 to PO41, TR21 to TR25, JE1 to JE5 

WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO EUROPE OR INTERNATIONALLY.

Returns

1. Returns Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may be eligible to return the product(s) for a refund or exchange. However, certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Timeframe:
You must initiate the return process within 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s). Beyond this timeframe, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

3. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide them with your order details and reasons for the return. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product(s). Please retain the proof of return shipment for future reference.

5. Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving the returned product(s) in their original condition, we will inspect them to ensure compliance with our return policy. Depending on your preference and product availability, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Time:
Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Returns Condition:
All returns must be in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition or no refunds will be processed, and you will be charged carriage to return goods to you.

8. Restocking fee:
Any orders that have been ordered incorrectly or are no longer required are subject to a 25% restock charge and the cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the buyer and not R B Wholesale ltd.

9. Utopia Products:
We can not currently accept returns of Utopia products samples are available on request to make sure you get the correct product.

Damages

Any damages must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours and include photographic evidence anything after the 24 hours cannot be processed.

Please note that this delivery and returns policy applies to purchases made directly from R B Wholesale ltd. If you have purchased our products through third-party retailers or marketplaces, their respective policies and procedures will govern the delivery and returns process.
